I don't have sound so if he explained something about a glitch, I missed it. What's this all about?

He got the key stuck (which he was able to get out) then he got a couple of the blocks stuck that he was trying to kill Birdo with. Yeah a little glitchy but nothing that's game ending... yes you can get stuck but it will reset if you die.

The glitch is just that he was able to get the key stuck in the wall/ceiling/whatever you want to call it where it couldn't be retrieved after it got stuck. This was accomplished by ducking and jumping up under the key, which forces it up - which is normally fine, until you reach a border, because then the key is forced up into the border. Eh, it wasn't mind-blowing or anything, just potentially annoying, but then, you really have to work to pull it off in the first place.
