All of these are just way too sensitive. You click on the scrollbar and it will scroll through hundreds of entries in the blink of an eye for, or you click a Up/Down Arrrow button at the top/bottom of the scrollbar and it zooms through 23 menu items (if you're quick when it comes to clicking it will scroll through only 5 to 10~).
It's just vastly easier to navigate them all via the keyboard.
