Is it possible to create an account on Celestial Realm?

I really like the tutorial on here. I notice there's a "Login," but no "register" link. The last wiki activity was 2013. I can't really improve it without being able to sign up. I do think it would make a nice video tutorial though.
Here's one example where the wording can be improved. In Part 13: Preview Mode of http://zcguides.celestialrealm.net/t...s/main/ch02-06 we have:
