What is a DDPanel?

I wouldn't mind spelling this acronym out and creating a typedef.

It extends TabPanel.

A DDPanel is created in MiscSFXDialog::view() in misc_sfx.cpp

Appears to stand for "Drop Down Panel"

The DDPanel mentioned above can be seen via Quest->Audio->Misc SFX
