Weapons Appear Over Link

As the title suggests. A quest rule that makes weapons appear over Link. As well, they could also appear over layer 3 (Regardless of if he's jumping or not)

I just spent a good twenty minutes designing new swords from scratch, each which feature very cool hilts. They, however, do not appear when used. EDIT: The hilts, that is.

Alternatively, how about a "Swords Fully Extend" quest rule?
