None :( All of the sets for Metroid are designed for use as an overhead perspective. C-dawg is working on a sidescrolling quest though. It has some Metroid-esque sidescrolling tiles in it.

None of the metroid tilesets out there are usable by anyone but their creators, and none of them are suited for a 2D environment. Unless you're willing to undergo your own creation, you're out of luck here, bud.
