    Questions I've Got

Hello, I am new to Zelda Quest and definitely new to this community. I had a few questions regarding Zelda Quest. I apologize if I sound kind of stupid.

Can nsf sound files be used on a single screen in the same way midi files can?

Is there a way to change the design of the in-game menus, such as the file select or the start screen?

Is it possible to produce a rom file with of the quest to play on an emulator?

    Thanks for any help!

I don't know the answer to the first one, but the in-game menus are fixed as far as I know (until the project goes open source, but that's an entirely different manner).

As for your last question, Zelda Classic isn't a ROM so you can't run the quests in an emulator. The program was built from the ground up rather than from the game files so it wouldn't work even if the file format could be adjusted. Sorry.

Unfortunately, there is no enhanced music option in the screen data menus, so the only way to get nsf files (or other enhanced music files, such as MP3s) to only play on a single screen is to use a separate DMap.
