1. Most people can't post attachments.
2. Some can't afford sites with remote loading.
3. Hosts that used to have space for our quests/pics are down.
EDIT: I forgot one.
4. The QDB isn't allowing submissions right now.

AGN's bandwidth would sky rocket.
Though mods can do it, you don't see them doing it too often and the attachments are small.
