Go to control panel, then sounds and audio devices, then the audio tab, and change the midi player until you find one that works.

I only have the Microsoft Wavetable Synth one.. is that bad?
...Oh-kay. I got the sound working... but now when I play ZC in Large Windowed mode, the program will quit out with a standard WinXP Error Popup before I can actually get around to playing Mega Man Dr. Wily yada yada why is it crashing?
