After downloading the correct beta and trying out the features, my theory has been proven correct. Now, for all of you who are so enthrawled about the whirlpool in BS Zelda that wouldn't take you to the next area unless an event is first passed, I am here to tell you that with inherent flags, I have done it! The answer is that you can stack flags one on top of each other. Just make the standard tiles flag 8, and make a nice whirlpool effect with it making you come back if an event isn't passed. Now, use secret flags to add the changes, deleting the extra raft flags and making a new path to the new area. Very simple. With this I would expect that we should be able to have bridges you can walk over AND raft under(before, a raft flag could never be altered because the flag took up the flag quota for that combo).
