    decent PC speakers for max. 150$ AUD

    what speakers are great? i've looked at creative's site, altec lansing site, logitech site, and a phew others -.-' but have no clue whats good or not-.-
    any help would be greatly appreciated... and im after speakers for listening to music and/or gaming.

    I have these. They sound great. You didn't specify if you wanted surround or a 2.1 system or what though.

    i think this set retails for 100 bucks still, but i got mine for 35 bucks at a microcenter a few years ago and they're still great. in fact, the company might have gone under since. :/

    5.1 minimum... can go up to 7.1 but i think that would be getting a bit dear for decent quality.

    edit: 102$ war lord? is that AUD? and uh this might have been better off in the technology sub-forum -.-'

    ok, had a look at Logitech 530 speakers and am considering getting the x540 (due to wireless speakers)...... have listened to Bose speaker systems but there like 3 times the price -.-' 399$ for a 2.1 Bose audio system...
