Inconsistency - Heart beeps and enter/exit item cellars or passageways

In the NES: Entering or exiting item cellars or passageways halt the heart beep sound. Resumes upon completion of entering or exiting.

But in ZC: Heart beeps continue to sound while entering or exiting item cellars or passageways.

After the fix, please allow to stop heart beepings during insta-warps (blackout, open screen, zap, and wave effects)
Hmm... This inconsistency has been around for a long time.
