Don't make it perfect, Sylph, just get it done. You'll have the opportunity to correct mistakes while everybody works their way through the quests (and you'll have even more opportunity to fix mistakes in late dungeons).

Just wanted to say that I updated mine a few times yesterday. I'm still worried a bit about over-difficulty in level 9 particularly, but being the 5th quest and last level, I think that should be pretty tough. I guess I'll find out when people start to reach that point in playing.
And 18 competitors so far, nice turnout!

Okay, we're a little past the deadline now but I'm going to leave this thread open until @Gleeok gives the okay, because I was under the impression that he was going to participate as well.
We won't put up the testing specifics right away, but expect them to somewhat follow @Dart Zaidyer 's model of quality assurance:
enabled cheats/unpassworded quests [second is my suggestion]
no forced continue points [if a room traps you, you should be able to at least die, if not get back to the dungeon entrance]
and other such playflow guarantees
You can read his suggestions now if you want to check these things in initial testing. They can be found here.
Wishing everybody the best of luck in the testing and judging process! Let's make this one a contest to remember.

..I see Sylph managed to finished too.. neat-o. I guess I should post my 5th quest also then: http://filesmelt.com/dl/5th_Gleeok.qst I originally did it for fun and have basically been sitting on it for about 2 months, but people talked me into it, and I figured what the heck. I'll start a thread for it in a bit, but no hurry as I'd like for people to play other entries first before even trying this. From what I've seen so far it's a bit more difficult than than the average bear and I don't want to take a lot of time away from those quests, so please give those a go first. :)
