The use of the hazardously misnamed "depleted uranium" in Iraq has caused damage that will unfold over the years. Those who survive the war will more than likely have deformed children, cancer, kidney and liver problems. And thats only to name VERY few.
Iraq is already suffering from this. They have been since the first Gulf War. Many of the children born there are deformed, and cancer rates have increased by a drastic 1600 percent.
Read more about depleted uranium. (http://www.iacenter.org/images/du-703.pdf)
Note the picture of the Gulf War Veteran's child. Sickening.
And if you can stomach it, here is a flash showing birth deformities found in Iraq... (http://www.bushflash.com/pl_lo.html)
While Im agreeable in the fact that these measures curb population, Im not agreeable in the fact that they make people literally born to suffer, and that they cause sections of the earth to be uninhabitable for 4.5 billion years.
The government better pay out the ass in veteran's policies
