I'm torn between Charizard and Callitaday. Sky Tower is imaginative, and reminds me of Ring Man's stage in MM4 a bit.
As for Fant-er, Death Mountain, the sudden intrusion of Lava (I think?) through the dry-looking field successfully creates a surreal sort of calm before the "holy shit what's going on here" factor kicks in.
